The Approach

Bodywork that starts with a conversation, not a menu.

As a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience, I'm dedicated to providing personalized, therapeutic care. That starts with listening. Taking the time to understand what's going on and what you hope to get from your session helps guide the work from the beginning.

My approach combines a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, and structural bodywork, to address specific needs and promote overall well-being. As we work, I pay attention to how your body responds and adjust the session accordingly.

I'm passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies and find relief from pain and tension. My goal is to create a relaxing and transformative experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

Bringing a kid along? The studio keeps fidgets and wifi on hand so children are welcome to wait comfortably during a parent's session.

FAQs

Good to know before your visit.

Pressure

I use deep pressure techniques with a firm yet intuitive touch to effectively address tension, while incorporating lighter techniques as needed or appropriate for certain clients or areas. While I'm known for a heavier hand, I prioritize your comfort, ensuring you can relax and breathe deeply throughout the session without pain or strain.

Hygiene

Arriving clean and free of perfumes or heavy scents helps create a relaxing, welcoming space for everyone. For your convenience, cleansing wipes, deodorant, and hair ties are available in the tableside drawer, so you can unwind even if coming straight from work or errands.

Clothing

Clients may dress down to their comfort level, from fully unclothed to simply removing shoes. Unclothed clients remain draped, with only the area being worked on undraped. Pediatric clients remain clothed, and athletic wear is recommended for children and those wishing to stay dressed, to allow full access without bulky clothing.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available online through Square, with paper certificates available upon request.
